As the Lead Product Designer on the banking team, I regularly took part in Continuous Customer Discovery research where I spoke with business owners. This allowed me to get a pulse on their needs, pain points, and goals. I regularly collaborated with the Product Manager on our roadmap and opportunities. Using the customer interview data and other analytics, we identified the next opportunity; a deeper bookkeeping integration with mobile check deposit.
